Case study: Smarter food waste reduction

Foodservice company Sodexo UK & Ireland took part in a trial evaluating the use of manual monitoring and smart meters at six of its sites.

This case study summarises the methods used, results and findings.

The results show that monitoring food waste led to savings of £25,000 per annum.
